Founder, North Star Talent
Enrique is a career coach and mentor with 15+ years of experience across Big4 consulting, eBay, and the tech industry — and across Spain, the UK, and the Netherlands. He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester. He has been recognised as one of the Top 15 Career Coaches in Amsterdam (2025) and received the Best Growth Mentor Award by the D2 Collective (2024).
He has lived every phase of the North Star methodology himself: the confusion, the wrong turns, the pivotal decision to start over, and the clarity that comes from choosing direction over destination. That personal experience — combined with coaching methodology and deep corporate knowledge from Big4 and global tech environments — is what makes his work both practical and human.
